MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – May 14, 2007 5:30 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., James Deming and Steven DellaGiustina
Steven DellaGiustina spoke with Edwin Deming regarding his interest in continuing to serve as Constable. Edwin Deming is continuing to serve as Constable.
Verizon Wireless requested permission to install on a temporary basis a microwave dish on the tower located at 1 East Otis Road. Permission was granted for a 12 month period.
Trash Compactor hours: Sunday 3-7PM, Wednesday 5-7PM and Saturday 9-11AM as of June 1, 2007
The Board of Selectmen voted and accepted Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 32B, Section 2(d) at no cost to the Town of Tolland.
Alan Binder was appointed by The Board of Selectmen to serve as a member of the Conservation Commission. Valerie Nickerson will serve as their agent.
The posted office hours for the Tolland Town Hall as of June 1st will be Monday and Tuesday 8:30AM – 4:00PM and Wednesday 8:30 – 12:00.
The Board of Selectmen will be meeting ever other Monday at 5PM starting June 4th.
Massachusetts General Law Chapter 44 Section 31 was unanimously voted.
